Our Counseling & Student Support team partners with families and teachers to help every child thrive—academically, socially, and spiritually.

What We Offer

  • Student Counseling (KG1–12): Short-term, school-based support for emotions, friendships, behavior, and study skills.

  • Academic Support: Check-ins, study plans, organization/executive-function coaching, referrals for evaluations when appropriate.

  • Behavior & SEL: Class lessons on empathy, conflict resolution, digital citizenship, and adab.

  • Family Partnership: Parent consultations, workshops, and referrals to community resources.

  • Transitions & New Students: Settling-in plans, buddy system, and early progress check.

  • Crisis Response: Immediate support and coordinated next steps with families/administration.

How Students Access Support

  • Teacher/Parent Referral: Complete the Student Support Request form.

  • Self-Referral (Grades 3–12): Students may request a meeting via the counselor’s office hours form.

  • Follow-Up: Counselor reviews, schedules, and shares a brief plan with the family.

Confidentiality & Safety

We maintain student confidentiality except when safety is a concern or the law requires us to share information with parents/guardians or authorities (mandated reporting). We collaborate with families for next steps.

School counseling is short-term and educationally focused. We can refer families to licensed clinicians for ongoing therapy.We practice respectful use, academic honesty, and safe, filtered browsing. Prayer times are observed; modesty and conduct guidelines apply.
