Welcome to Al Huda School! We are honored that you are considering joining our community of faith, learning, and excellence. Our enrollment process is designed to be simple and accessible, guiding new families step by step as they begin their journey with us.
How to Enroll
1 – Create an Account (New Parents):
- New parents should create an account in our online admissions system and complete the application.

2- Current Parents Adding a New Student:
- Log in to your existing Parent Portal (FACTS/RENWEB).
- Select Family → Enrollment/New Student Application and complete the form.
3- Scholarships & Financial Aid:
- ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account): Please refer to the ESA tuition table below.
- Greater AZ Scholarship: Requires submission of the most recent 1040 Tax Return Form with the application.
4- Student Records:
- Al Huda School reserves the right to confirm acceptance only after receiving and reviewing the Release of Student Records form from the student’s previous school.
5- Public School Attendance Verification (Arizona Students Only):
- Students transferring from Arizona public or charter schools must submit the Public School Attendance Verification Form.
6- Placement Testing (Grades 1–12):
- Call the Registrar’s Office to schedule a placement test for students applying for Grades 1–12.
7- Early Childhood Department Applicants:
- Families applying to our Early Childhood program must complete and submit the Early Childhood Application Form included in the enrollment packet.
8- Transcript Equivalency (International Students):
- Students who have attended school outside the U.S. must obtain a transcript equivalency evaluation from one of the following services:

- Pay the registration fees at the time of enrollment.
Scholarships & Financial Aid
New families may be eligible for:
Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA): Provides families with state-funded tuition support. Award amounts may vary each year and by student category:

Admissions Policy
Returning students are admitted on a 45-day provisional basis beginning the first day of attendance. During this probationary period, Al Huda School reserves the right to unenroll a student due to:
- Academic challenges
- Excessive absences
- Undisclosed disability or language proficiency concerns
- Incomplete admission paperwork or transcripts
- Disciplinary issues
